- Remove Beta bubble on title screen - the game is now Generally Available!
- Tweak balance on a couple Victory Actions.
- Reveal all Victory Actions that student can afford (undo of change in Build 1160).
- If a missile attack fails to hit the intended target, it may hit someone else as the missile travels to the new target.
- Use ESC to cancel dialogs everywhere.
- Add Computer Hacker Victory Action.
